As they prepare to host the Turkey-Uganda investment summit next month, the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) is seeking local investors to register for specific ventures that they would like to deal in.
According to UIA Director General Robert Mukiza, this will be a fantastic opportunity for local investors to do genuine business with serious Turks.
He encourages domestic investors to register with the investment authorities via the website to profit from partnerships and joint ventures as a result of their participation.
“Sign up and come after you’ve figured out who you want to talk to.” According to Mukiza,
Agriculture value addition, energy, building, mining, and access to funding will be the main topics of discussion.
Turkey, he said, is a source of low-cost gear that may be utilized to promote agriculture value-added processing in Uganda.
More than 40 firms will attend the summit, which will be held at Speke Resort Munyonyo on the 10th and 11th of May 2022.
