The African Agri Council in partnership with Wesgro and the Western Cape Department of Agriculture is pleased to announce the African Agri Investment Indaba (AAII), taking place from the 28 – 30 November 2016 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, Cape Town, South Africa.

Despite crashing commodity prices, a Chinese slowdown and a string of policy failures that are forcing investors to reassess the risk of investing in Africa after years of optimism about its growth prospects, African food and agribusinesses industry presents an untapped market.

The African Agri Investment Indaba (AAII) is the global meeting place for agri investment in Africa. Bringing together key stakeholders – from governments, banks, financiers, investors, project owners, project developers, commercial farmers and the agro-processing industry – to discuss trends that will likely influence food and agribusiness economics over the next decade in Africa.
